Metabolic Cooking Authors
The authors of the wonderful metabolic diet program Metabolic Cooking are Dave Ruel and Karine Losier. It makes sense that they have developed this amazing and unique diet program because they have excellent qualifications and experience. I thought you might find it helpful to learn a bit more about them as you consider Metabolic Cooking. I have found it to be the best metabolic diet product available. They have discovered that there really are fat burning foods which can work with or increase our metabolism.
Dave Ruel is described as a fitness cook which is in itself an interesting concept. When we hear the word “cook” we usually think of someone who makes extravagant and likely calorie stuffed dishes. But of course a “fitness” cook would be something very different. Nevertheless one of Dave’s passions is that healthy cooking in no way need create plain or boring food. In fact, that is why Dave is so respected. He has mastered the ability to create great recipes that are not only good for us, but are mouth-watering. Even more amazing, certain ingredients and foods are fat burning.
Dave rejects the standard fitness diet consisting of nothing but steamed chicken, broccoli and baked potatoes meal after meal, day after day. He argues that there is a much better and tasty way. In fact, Dave is committed to healthy cooking where you are never really dieting. You do not have to diet because you just love the healthy food.
For years Dave Ruel has been a life coach helping people lose weight and build muscle. Moreover, he is an innovator in the kitchen continually finding new ways to create delicious healthy food. Metabolic Cooking is just another step in a continual journey.
Karine Losier has acquired the moniker “Learn Kitchen Queen” and is very passionate about food and fitness and so it is no surprise that she co-developed Metabolic Cooking. Karine sees cooking as an adventure and knows that are much better and interesting alternatives than the standard diet fare turned out by others. Moreover, her recipes use fat burning foods and ingredients. Technically these are food that take more calories to digest than the calories they add to the body. So while they may still contain some calories in them, they work in a calorie neutral way or in some cases even have a slight calorie advantage to them.
Karine Losier has a master’s degree in psychology which means she not only understands how difficult it is for people who struggle with weight and eating issues, she also has expertise in developing ways to help people overcome these issues. She has found ways to motivate people to stay the course and great tasting healthy recipes is one of those ways.
